With virtual coaching, athletes are emailed a training plan for the month, sent either at the beginning of the month or each week. The workouts are based on the athletes' goals and fitness level. Workouts can be tailored for either triathlon training or swim training. The TriathlonSkills.com coach is also available by phone (603-616-7125) or email during the month to answer questions.
