Swim lessons at this multisport store are conducted in an Endless Pool. The Endless Pool features an adjustable current that allows you to swim or exercise in place. The current is broad and deep and is suitable for swimmers of all levels.

At Fast Splits, the Endless Pool also has a video camera and television setup for real-time viewing and instant playback of your stroke. During your swim lesson, you'll make adjustments to your swim stroke to improve efficiency and you'll be able to both see and feel the changes as you make them. The lesson fee includes a copy of your video session for later study and reference.

Lessons are available for all four strokes: freestyle, breast, back, fly.

One-hour private lesson: $125

All lessons include a DVD copy of your videotape.
