Northern York County YMCA

Biddeford, ME

This swim clinic will meet once each month for 5 months at the Northern York County YMCA on Sunday mornings. Learn the skills you need to become a relaxed, confident swimmer. Celeste focuses on balance in the water, correct stroke mechanics, and breathing.

TriathlonSkills alumni (anyone who has taken a class, clinic, or camp from Celeste in the past) meet from 8-9a.m. and all other beginning swimmers will meet 9-10am. You will need Fist Gloves and a Tempo Trainer if you are in the TriathlonSkills Alumni group. You can purchase these items at www.kiefer.com or at your local tri or swim shop.
