Swim lessons at this new, start-of-the-art facility are conducted in an Endless Pool. The Endless Pool features an adjustable current that allows you to swim or exercise in place. The current is broad and deep and is suitable for swimmers of all levels.

Summit Health Endless Pool

At Summit Health, the Endless Pool also has a video camera and 37" LCD screen mounted on the wall for real-time viewing and instant playback of your stroke. During your swim lesson, you'll make adjustments to your swim stroke to improve efficiency and you'll be able to both see and feel the changes as you make them. The lesson fee includes a copy of your video session for later study and reference.

Lessons are available for all four strokes: freestyle, breast, back, fly.

One-hour private lesson: $95

All adult lessons include a DVD copy of your videotape.
