This is an all-women's triathlon training camp at Camp Robindel, situated on 75 acres in a secluded cove on Lake Winnipesaukee (New England's largest lake). It is 300 miles from NYC and 120 miles from Boston. Here's a quick video of this venue:
With 1,550 feet of shoreline and a 700-foot natural sand beach, there will be plenty of room for swimming and practicing those transitions! The facility also includes a modern air-conditioned dining hall & kitchen on the lakefront. For more information about the venue, see http://www.robindel.com

What to Bring, What to wear!
Sneakers, hat, socks, triathlon clothing (shorts, top, one piece etc,to make for quick transitions), heart rate monitor, sunglasses, swimsuit (if you do not have any tri clothing), goggles, cap, towel, sunscreen, warm-ups, wetsuits (if you have one or rent one with us), bike, bike shoes, helmet a must, personal nutrition (drinks, gels, bars, etc), sandals, water bottles, race belt, tire changing kit, tire pump (optional, we will have some), training log, pen, paper, yoga mat (we will have some, too), anything that will make you more comfortable!
