This is an all-women's triathlon training camp at Southern Maine Community College, in South Portland. This 80-acre campus overlooks Casco Bay and has access to Willard Beach, the only beach in South Portland.
It is also home to the Spring Point Ledge lighthouse and the Shoreway Arboretum. These amenities combined with full residence halls and complete athletic facilities make it a perfect triathlon camp venue.
For more information about the venue, visit http://www.smccme.edu/
This triathlon training camp will be coached and instructed by an all-women staff! Carrie Cheatle will be offering individual sports psychology consultations, which you can schedule once you get to camp. For 2010, we have added a Strength Training session, so get your questions ready for Sarah Crane. You're gonna love Sarah like we love Sarah! She has great energy, tons of knowledge and most important knows how to have fun! Welcome, Sarah! Also, for 2010 there are a few changes to the menu with more local items from the nearby farms and bakeries. Yum!
See the About Us page for more information about all the TriathlonSkills.com coaches.
